Information About Your Bill

The Student Accounts Office processes student billing statements and accepts payments. Since we have gone green, student billing statements are only available electronically on Self-Service. If a balance is owed, students will receive monthly notices through their AU email address to log on to Self-Service for the payment due amount. For billing questions or refund requests (which can be made after you attend your first class), contact Student Accounts.

Information on Payments & How to Make a Payment

All fees and charges must be paid in full before registration becomes valid and before a student can reside in University facilities or attend classes. Interest will be charged on all past due balances at a rate of 1.5 percent monthly. Only students with a zero balance will be allowed to register for subsequent semesters, and graduating students must have accounts paid in full before they receive their diploma.

Students: How to Add Authorized Users

Log in to Self-Service and click Student Finance > Make a Payment > Continue to Payment Center. Then click My Profile in the top menu and choose Authorized Users. There you can add authorized users with access to make payments to your account.

Authorized Users

Once you have been added as an authorized user, you will receive two emails from busoff@ndkllx.com – one with your temporary password to log in, and one with the login link for the TouchNet Authorized User Bill Payment Center. You will be prompted to set your own password.

This access is independent of your student’s account. Authorized users will NOT have access to the student’s academic records, course schedule, or other personal information, but:

  • Authorized users will be able to enter their own email address and password.
  • Authorized users should list this site under their favorites for easy access to their student’s account.
  • The bank account information and payment methods are hidden from any other users, including your student.
  • The authorized user will be able to see the current balance on the student’s account, make payments, save payment methods, and enroll in the monthly payment plan.
  • The authorized user enrolled in the payment plan will receive related emails regarding the payment reminders and revisions.
